Vermoeid, piekeren, angstig, overprikkeld, gejaagd. lichamelijke klachten en een algeheel gevoel geleefd te worden en niet meer zelf in regie te zijn. Veel onderwerpen, inzichten en handvatten die in deze behandelsessies voorbij komen zijn ook in het dagelijks leven enorm waardevol om te kennen en kunnen. Daarom heb ik van de belangrijkste onderdelen van behandeling bij burn-out een programma ontwikkeld vanuit de neuropsychologie om de basiskennis en handvatten die normaal in een behandeling van 10-14 sessies voorkomen, samen te vatten in 1 cursus: van burn-out tot zelfzorg.
